This agreement governs the relationship between the VEXND service (the “Service”) and any individual or legal entity (the “User”) using the Service. By accessing our infrastructure, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

VEXND reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.

Our core mission is privacy. VEXND follows a strict no-logs policy. Our servers do not store:

• IP addresses (source or assigned)
• Browsing history or traffic destinations
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• DNS queries or metadata

All data processed by our servers is temporary and stored only in memory. No persistent records are created that could identify the actions of a specific user.

All visual interfaces, graphics, design, information, software code (including source and object code), products, software, and all other elements of the Service are protected by international copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

Users are prohibited from using the network for:

• Mass unsolicited messages (spam)
• Coordinating or carrying out DDoS attacks
• Distributing or accessing materials that violate international child-protection laws
• Attempting unauthorized access to other computer systems (hacking)

If we detect abuse that threatens the stability of our network, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account without prior notice.

VEXND uses third-party payment providers (Heleket) to process transactions. By initiating a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment provider.
